Registration

Early Bird Registration: $175 per person

On or before July 1, 2023

Regular Registration: $225 per person

From July 2 – September 30, 2023

Late Registration: $300 per person

After October 1, 2023

Organizations who register three or more participants qualify for a 25% discount.

* Group Registration details:

• Individuals MUST be from the same organization.
• Registration MUST be submitted at the same time.
• Later add-ons, additional registrations, and/or registrations from other organizations will be treated as new registrations. They will be subject to the current rates applicable on date of registration and for the number of registrants being registered at that time.
• Sharing one registration is NOT allowed.
• Group registration cut off is September 30, 2023. No further group rates will be accepted after this date.

Your Registration Includes

All Summit registrations include:

• Wednesday welcome reception and networking mixer
• Thursday and Friday keynote and breakout sessions with top industry leaders from across Alberta
• Buffet breakfast and lunch with colleagues, both Thursday and Friday
• Thursday evening activities including buffet dinner

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation deadline is October 1, 2023.

Cancellations received in writing prior to the cancellation deadline will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after the cancellation deadline will not be refunded. Cancellations and substitutions must notify communication@safetycodes.ab.ca
